Overseas Delivery:

*Your orders will be delivered within 5 – 25 working days depending on the zone of the country. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your order is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. Also, If we have a delay in product availability we will contact you by e-mail. This can occur between production runs. *Please note that when ordering from us, you are considered to be the importer of the requested products and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. We accept no liability for the import duties and taxes of any goods which you order. *Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. The products we sell via this website might be prohibited for importation into certain countries. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required. *It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your country, and that customs regulations are acceptable to you. We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. *We will not be responsible for delays due to customs intervention and will not reimburse if parcels are seized by customs or charges are incurred to clear the goods.

 

Returns Policy:

*You may return any product within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or credit of the original payment. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in the original packaging (saleable condition). Also, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping/postal costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the products have been received back at DEER POWER Ltd and inspected, we will process your refund. *We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving them and return the damaged items to us. We will replace or refund the cost of damaged products and refund the cost of returning them, once we have received the products back.
